Setup sales plan for the section/team, Think and planning strategies sales and marketing direction to sales target and suitable the competitive conditions occurring in the current industry.
Expand the market base of new customers to offer for after sales service large engines and generators.
Set goals for the sales team to find prospective customers target focus is on offer to selling parts, Preventive Maintenance Service, Repair Services and
Service Contracts (Customer Value Agreement-CVA) as well as exploring the possibility of using them and along with close sale.
Develop the sales team in terms of processes and methods for selling engines and generator set in the segments responsible for achieving goals (KPIs).
Setup goals for the sales team along with following up on work, evaluation and giving honest feedback to the team.
Manage customer relationships to coordinate credit approval to support after sales service.
Manage and planning the delivery of part & all after sales service.
Support with Sales Team Coordinate with vendor and field service technicians to carry out test run and commissioning together with vendor and customers.
Coordinate and follow up on customer complaints and until success is achieved and satisfices
Maintain and develop customer engagement with key customers (Key Account).
Assign, control and follow up on the payment of outstanding debts of customers.
Conduct a survey of market, competitors, market information and competition to bring back for analysis and develop sales processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer / Electrical Power Engineer / or any related field.
5-10 years’ work experience as Supervisor or Assistant Manager Level in the Engine product / Generator Set / Heavy Machine Industry or similar sales experience in the same business.
Technical knowledge of engineering and installation generator set as well as startup & commissioning process in the related segments is preferable.
Communicate in English at a conversational level (intermediate).
People Management Skills.
Planning skills and setting goals.
Able to drive and have own car with personal driving license.
Remuneration or and Benefit as:
Car Allowance 8,000 Baht per month.
Monthly lump sum fuel cost, not more than 250 liters.
Attractive high commission scheme according to the company’s policy.
